The Great Room

The best view in the house is from the Great Room! With 3 large side-by-side windows spanning almost the entire width of the lodge, you may find yourself just staring outside to the surrounding mountains and pine trees.

The Dining Room

The Dining Room is part of the Great Room with a 10-foot table for gathering with friends and family to enjoy meals, conversation and that view!

The Kitchen

The Kitchen, also part of the Great Room, is fully stocked with everything you need to create your favorite culinary delights. With a glass-top electric stove and double oven (lower oven has a convection option), brand new refrigerator and brand new microwave, cooking just might be fun.

The peninsula granite counter is perfect for buffet-style serving and a large pantry along with several cabinets are all available to store your food and beverages.

  • Induction Hot Plate for boiling water fast - have you ever tried to boil water at 8,500 feet? You will want to buy one of your own once you go home!

  • 9-cup Food Processor

  • 8-qt Ultra Instant Pot w/reg & non-stick inner pots

  • 4-slice Toaster

  • Coffee Pot (some coffee is provided but if you are particular, bring your favorite)

Snuggle up and get cozy in our large sectional with ottoman, comfy leather chair and footrest or enjoy a snack at the 3-barstool Bistro Table. The 65-inch TV is equipped with an Apple TV box and ready-to-watch subscriptions to Netflix and Hulu.

Relax outdoors…

And for those moments when you just want to be outside, Pinebrook has a large covered patio on the lower level (just off the workroom) with a swing, Adirondack chairs with footstools and a picnic table. Or enjoy the large, hightop dining table with seating for 8 on the upper deck and take in the incredible views of tall pines and local wildlife.

Get Cozy!

We want you to be as comfortable and cozy as possible! A floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace will keep you toasty warm in the winter months. And a brand new on-demand hot water and boiler system heats Pinebrook with five separate heating zones and user-friendly, Nest thermostats located throughout the home. This allows for different comfort levels and temperature preferences in each zone and eliminates the need to heat the entire house if not occupying all rooms. The five thermostats are located in:

  1. The Great Room (upper level)

  2. “The Treehouse” bedroom (upper level)

  3. “Lodgepole” & “Bristlecone” bedrooms (upper level)

  4. The Workroom (lower level)

  5. “The Pines” bedroom (lower level)

A few details…

  • Pinebrook is a completely private, non-hosted, venue.

  • You provide your own food and beverages.

  • We are a non-smoking facility.

  • We know you love your pets, but they need to stay home.

Pinebrook is not air conditioned as it rarely gets warm enough to need it at an altitude of 8,500 ft. To keep you comfortable in warmer months, each bedroom has a remote-controlled ceiling fan and a box fan. The workroom has 2 ceiling fans. In addition, there are multiple windows to open to let in the clean mountain air.
