Confirming Your Retreat Reservation:
$200 security/damage deposit confirms your reservation and is in addition to the rental fee.
The security/damage deposit will be refunded within 30 days after your stay should you choose not to re-book.
If you would like an annual reservation, you will have the option to roll over your deposit to a reservation for the same weekend in the next calendar year.
If you have more than one reservation per year, a separate $200 security/damage deposit is required for each reservation within a calendar year.
A calendar year is January - December.
Check-in time is 10am
Check-out time is 5pm
PLEASE NOTE: If your desired dates are not available and you would like to be added to our Wait List, please fill out the reservation request form below. We will respond with a link to a Google Form with a few questions to answer. Once you click, “Submit,” you will be automatically added to our Wait List in the order your inquiry was received.
Currently, we are not taking reservations for 2026.
“Hostess+1 Early Check-in Option”
We know being set up and ready for your guests can make all the difference for a smooth start to a great retreat! To facilitate this, we offer a special option just for our Hostesses and one guest to check in early the evening before your reserved dates. The two of you may check in anytime the evening before your weekend at 4pm or after for only $150.00. If more than one guest accompanies you, the rental rate converts to the regular extra night rate of $400.00.
Making A Reservation:
A 3-night minimum is required for all reservations.
Reservations are generally Thursday through Sunday.
The rental rate for a 3-night retreat is $1,950.00
Adding additional nights to a standard 3-night reservation is welcome based on availability.
Book additional nights at the discounted rate of $400.00 per night. (Standard rental rate per night is $650.00)
A second booking within one week is not possible due to the time required to clean and “turn the house” between groups.

We also accept Venmo, checks and cash.

“High Season” Premium rate for September:
Due to the extremely high demand for the month of September, where the Fall Color and the weather are both spectacular, an additional premium of $400 is added to the regular rental rate for the standard 3-night reservation.
This makes the total rental fee for all September reservations $2,350.00.
Payment & Refund Policy:
The full rental fee is due 2 months before the first day of your reserved retreat. (Ex: Checkin is April 15th, fee due February 15th)
If reservation is cancelled before your 2-month rental fee due date, a full refund will be issued. If cancelled within 2 months, the rental fee is only refundable if the cancelled weekend can be re-booked.
If cancelled within 2 months, the security/damage deposit is non-refundable even if weekend is re-booked.
Payment plans are accepted, but final payment must be paid in full 2 months prior to the first day of your reservation. Email us to make arrangements if you would like to set up a payment plan schedule.
